Our laboratory is located in the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), in the city of Galveston.
Our research focuses on the study of cell to cell communication in the pathogenesis of HIV and cancer.
Understand the pathogenesis of these diseases using an “out of the box” approach and discover new treatments in active collaboration with pharmaceuticals and chemistry approaches is one of the principal goals.
